At each of our corporate cafes we take full care of the coffee and café business. We shape the coffee blend to suit preferences and shape the café experience to meet the specific wants, needs and brand of the corporate.

Since 1992, we’ve done what we do best: fresh coffee, proudly roasted daily, brewed by and for Kiwis.
Our first SIERRA café was an institution in Auckland in the 1990s. Just as the flat white was becoming the drink of choice for the Ponsonby set, SIERRA created an iconic space: a small roaster in a small store where people could get their hit of espresso and watch the then state-of-the-art seven-kilo Diedrich roaster in action.
Today, the SIERRA network remains an important part of our DNA at The New Zealand Coffee Co. It’s helped us grow and evolve over the last three decades into a multi-brand coffee company. We’re still roasting daily like we did back then but now you can find our brands in all channels throughout New Zealand.
